The above Race was held on Saturday 28th March at Sefton Park – Liverpool, a little bit of club history was made with both “A” & “B” Senior Men Teams qualifying for the National 12 Stage Road Relay, this is the first time we have achieved this and has been a long standing aim within the Endurance ranks.
The both teams were a mix of Youth and Experience and it was good to see some past prominent athletes returning to competing for the club, so it would be unfair to single out individuals as every member of the two teams performed well to achieve a great result on the day, but Chris Parr has to be mentioned as he ran the 2nd quickest time of the day overall for the short stage legs.
