A very long and tiring day produced fantastic results for the team up in Scotland. The team finished in 4th place, behind the Scottish teams (who were all essentially ‘at home’) and above the other 2 English clubs, although it was hard fought with only 13 points between us, Leeds and York.
The athletes achieved 2 x Grade 1, 2 x Grade 2 and 12 by Grade 3 performances with 18 first places, 17 seconds and 13 third positions. This in a quality match where nearly 20% of all performances were Grade 3 or above.
The next match is at home so we hope to have more athletes available for selection. Please make yourself known to the team managers, Richard and Angela, if you are available for selection.
