Well done to our very talented young athletes, many of them at their first major championships.
Gold medal and new Championship best performance went to Jack Halpin in the U13 SP, Ava Taperell in the U13 800m and Jow Eze in the U13 60m sprint. A silver medal to Jack Garrett in the U13 200m and a bronze in the 60m, and a bronze medal for Josh McKeown in the 200m.
Other athletes just missing out on medals were Exodus Xungal who came 4th behind Jack in the 60m and Josh in 5th in the final of the 60m.
Well done also to Tegan Hewitt in the Pole Vault, Lucy Giles in the SP, 200 and 60m, Hannah Scarborough in the Long Jump amd 200m, Mollie Ketterick in the 60m and 200, Charlotte Richardson in the 200m, Oliver Lewis in the 200m, and Matthew Lawson in the 60m sprint.
