Congratulations to Emma winning the U23 Title at Bedford over the weekend with a seasons best performance. Also to Alan Toward who threw a pb to take the silver in the Discus with Adam Graham just missing ut on a medal in the U20 Shot Putt, taking 4th place. Other finalists were Scott Hall who was 5th in the Long Jump and 6 in the Triple Jump and Lucy Turner with an 8th place finish in the 400m hurdles. Congratulations also to Steph Addison and George Wilson coming up against strong competition in their heats.
